About Us

It All Started With Honey Granules And Habañero Powder…

THE FIRST RECIPE

When patrons asked Exec Chef Pete Taylor for his Smoky Honey Habañero Chicken recipe, he happily shared it. But, while lucky recipients had the key to great flavor, they had no idea where to get the ingredients they needed to make it (hint, it was honey granules and habañero powder).

THE TEAM

An idea struck, and in 2013, Pete partnered with famed food blogger Heather Scholten (Farm Girl Gourmet) to start a spice company that would put chef-created blends into the hands of homecooks and better spices and raw ingredients on the shelves of professional kitchens across the globe.

And, they named it Spiceology.
