Frequently Asked Questions

Why doesn't my spiceology.com login work on chefs.spiceology.com?
Chefs.spicelogy.com is a different website than spicelogy.com. Though both are Spiceology websites, a separate login is needed for each due to security precautions.
Do your products contain allergens?
Spiceology products are produced in a facility that processes allergens including soy, tree nuts, wheat/gluten, mustard, celery, dairy and sesame. At one time, our facility produced products containing peanuts, but no longer. Further allergen declarations are included in the ingredient section of each product. Some of our products also include sulfites. If you have any questions regarding allergens or sulfites at Spiceology, please contact chef@spiceology.com.

What should I do if a product I want to purchase is out of stock?

Do you offer payment terms if I want to pay for my order in installments?
We have partnered with Credit Key to provide you with payment terms. You can select the Credit Key option at checkout or learn more here.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yep. Spiceology’s products are beloved all over the world. Add some to your cart to review our shipping rates and delivery times. Please note: we can only process refunds if your order has been delayed 60 days or longer, due to shipping complications.
Which seasoning container size is right for me?
For professional Chefs and restaurants, PC1 (large) and PC5 (extra large) sizes are the most cost-effective containers for fresh cut ingredients, spices and blends. These sizes range from 18oz up to 80oz and proudly display our Periodic Table of Flavor, making them the best pick for larger batches and everyday use.
What is the best way to store my Spiceology spices, meat rubs and blends?
Be sure to store your dried spices and blends in a cool, dry place, removed from direct sunlight. We recommend that you keep them away from the heat of a stove or vent, as this will cause the flavors to fade over time. Most importantly, be sure to keep the containers tightly sealed when not in use.
How long do spices last?
We’ve found that spices, rubs and blends have a shelf life of about four years, depending on the ingredients and consistency. This includes whole spices, ground spices and dried ingredients like herbs and chiles.
